Cancellation Policy:
Refunds: OPPA values its partnership with Sponsors. Sponsorships allow OPPA to provide its members with high quality educational events Sponsors and providing them exposure to OPPA members. In the event a Sponsor wishes to cancel its Sponsorship Package, this puts a financial burden on OPPA and may make it difficult for OPPA to meet its financial obligations.
• Cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to the OPPA Sponsorship Committee Chair within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
• Cancellation requests after 30 days from purchase may not be granted and will be reviewed on a case-by case basis.

Individual Call-In: To make reservations, your attendees must call the hotel directly at 1-855-391-2484 and identify themselves as participants of the Oregon Public Purchasing Association to receive the group rates quoted. All reservation requests must be received on or before November 9, 2024. Individual guests will be responsible for room, tax, and incidental charges upon checkout.
