Events - Event View

This package includes:
1. Ability to present 1 discussion/educational session in partnership OPPA member agency partner(s) during Fall Conference.
• This 1-hour session must be educational in nature and must be presented for approval to the OPPA board no later than 45 days prior to the Fall Conference.
• An OPPA member agency must present with the sponsor.
2. OPPA Social Media links to Sponsor website (1 prior to, and 1 after, within 30 days of Event).
3. Sponsor may provide up to 2 pages of electronic promotional material no less than 2 weeks. prior to the Event to be distributed to attendees. Late submissions may not be distributed.
4. Sponsor name displayed at Event.
5. Ability to raffle items at booth.
6. 30 drink tickets* (Awards Dinner) for distribution to attendees who visit sponsor’s booth.
7. Welcome Reception – Networking and light Hors D’oeuvres - Maximum of 3 attendees (no additional purchases).
8. Breakfast with attendees for 3 persons both days of the Event – Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional breakfast tickets).
9. Lunch with attendees first day only – Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional lunch tickets).
10. Banquet Dinner* with attendees first day only - Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional dinner tickets), entertainment or networking function may be provided.
11. Vendor Showcase exhibitor table (6” table w/skirt, 3 chairs, power) - first day with ongoing vendor breaks with attendees.
12. Event attendee email distribution list within 30 days after Event (includes Name, Agency, Email).

* If the Awards Dinner is not held due to logistical issues this will not be included as a benefit and a refund will be issued in the following amounts.

If a banquet dinner is held, Sponsors are not able to purchase tickets to attend.

This package does not include the Banquet Dinner, if held and Sponsors are not able to purchase tickets.

Sponsor a speaker at fall conference. Included is the Sponsor can introduce the speaker and have 5 minutes prior to the session to talk about there company.

Sponsor the Welcome Reception for Attendee and receive the following:
10 drink tickets to distribute to attendees.
Be provided with 10 bingo cards to distribute or for their own use.

This includes:
Attendance of the banquet dinner for up to 3 people.
Be provided with 10 drink tickets to distribute to attendees.
Be allocated 5 minutes of speaking time prior to the event and will introduce the board president.

Attendee Welcome Gifts Sponsors could supply items or bags with vendor logo for the gifts. Items need to be received by OPPA 2 weeks prior to the event. Also, OPPA will purchase the gifts with recognition to the Sponsor included.

Sponsor a break refreshments
• The sponsor information will be displayed during the refreshment break
• The sponsor may place items for distribution at the refreshment table

Sponsor can send OPPA a basket, gift card, or an item to be raffled at OPPA's fall conference. Proceeds will go directly to the charity chosen. Items must be received by OPPA 2 weeks prior to the event. Choose this option so we know to expect the basket and can give you the address to send items.
